Refund Policy
At SmartByte Computer Education, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience for all our students. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the online typing course, we offer the following refund policy :
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the course content or experience, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. The refund request must be made via email or through the customer support portal, and it must include your order details.
Unopened/Unused Course Access: If you have not accessed or started the course material, you can request a refund at any time within 30 days of purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us at contact@smartbytecomputer.com with the following information:
Your name and email address used for purchase
Your order number or transaction ID
A brief reason for your refund request (optional but helpful for improvement)
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your request.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
If you request a refund after completing more than 50% of the course material.
If you have received a certificate of completion or have already used any course-related bonus materials or resources.
If your refund request is made after the 30-day refund period has expired.
4. Partial Refunds
If you have accessed a portion of the course but still wish to request a refund, we may issue a partial refund based on the amount of content you’ve completed. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
5. Cancellation of Subscription Plans
If you subscribed to a recurring payment plan (e.g., monthly or yearly subscription) and wish to cancel, please notify us before the next billing cycle. Cancellations will prevent future payments from being charged, but no refunds will be issued for previous payments.
6. Exceptions
In rare cases, such as technical issues or errors in course access, exceptions to the refund policy may be considered. Please contact our support team, and we will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
